Just uploaded a small update to Strata 4.0 for Mac that adds support for the Tab Progress Bar and Fission extensions and fixes a small bug.  Enjoy.

Strata 4.0 for Mac Released

Today, Mac users can now enjoy the Firefox 4.0 look on Firefox 3.6.  With the release of Firefox 3.6 close, this theme will be a nice addition to it’s release.  To top it off, this theme support the Strata Home Tab extension to complete the look.

WIP, Firefox Strata 3.7 / 4.0 for Mac OS X

After using Strata40 and Strata Buddy on my Windows computers, I really wanted to have a somewhat similar theme for Mac OS X on my MacBook Pro.  Well, I looked and did not find one, so instead of waiting, I decided to start a Strata 3.7 / 4.0 theme for the Mac version of Firefox.  It’s not finished, but it’s actually coming along nicely.  I am making it for Firefox 3.6, so I will probably not release it until Firefox 3.6 is released.  I still have the URL bar, the location and tab progress bars (which will require extra extensions) and a few more parts on the tab bar to finish.  I’ll also be releasing it’s source (the Photoshop PSDs) here when I’m done if I can find a license similar to LGPL license for PSD documents.

For your viewing pleasure, here is the current state of the theme.

Glasser 3.5.2 Released and Updated Extras

Today, released Glasser 3.5.2 which expands Firefox compatibility to Firefox 3.6. Also, many extras have been updated to use the new features of Firefox 3.5 and 3.6. Some are now for Firefox 3.6 only.  Now go and enjoy the new goodness.

As promised… Glasser is now updated for Firefox 3.5.x

Sorry for the long wait, but I finally got the time to get this done real quick. So not Glasser works with the current Firefox releases.  Get it at Mozilla Add-Ons

New Server and end of Firefox Preloader

I know it has been a long time since I’ve updated Glasser. This has been compounded by loosing access to my server because of a bad update that killed SSH, but also work and getting a new server set up has slowed it.

I will admit that Firefox Preloader is kind of pointless to maintain now, there is just little need for it anymore. I will release a fix for Glasser soon, but only for 32-bit Firefox, before Thanksgiving. I hope to have my new server up next year.

Glasser 1.1.1 BETA Released

Great news! I have released the next version of the Glasser extension for Firefox 3.1 today. This one includes fixes for 3.1b3, which is on the only version it will work with now, and the address bar issues. This also the first version that will be supported from Sleeping Cats and not mozillaZine or Neowin, so remember to post issues in the forums here.

TCL-R 0.1 Released

I’ve been working on this first version for a while now, and I think it is ready.  The first release of TCL-R marks the beginning of what I hope will be a great project.  This version is really minimal and can only be compiled on Visual Studio 2008 as a static library at the moment.  It is only an interpreter in a library and isn’t designed to be used as a shell or full TCL distribution.

Firefox Preloader 2.0 Coming Soon

I am currently working on version 2.0 of the Firefox Preloader.  Although I am a ways from it’s actual release, a beta version will be coming soon.  You can visit it’s project page to find out more about it.  It’s mostly to fix compability problems with newer versions of Firefox’s Software Updater utility, but the final release will finally include support for foriegn languages.
