This little program let’s you greatly simply using your retro-gaming setup if you utilize old professional equipment such as matrix switchers and professional or broadcast monitors.

An example setup might include a Sony BVM with several channels defined, an Extron Crosspoint matrix switch with eight or more consoles, and maybe a few consoles directly connected. You may also have an audio system or pair of speakers connected to only a single output on the switch.

The A/V switch controller lets you define switch ties and monitor channels for each console so all you have to do is press a single button on a touch screen equipped Raspberry Pi, and the monitor and switch channels are selected for you. No need to configure presets on your equipment.
